mindless therapy

She sits me down onto

the soft velvet of a blue couch,

the same soft blue of his eyes

crosses her legs,

to be polite

presses her pen on paper,

I doubt she even knows my name

“So,”

she asks,

“what happenned?”

  1. This is brilliantly written. I love the use of italics to emphasize the unspoken bits of thoughts. I would hardly call this mindless 🙂
